Waxahachie Prep Leadership
Waxahachie Preparatory Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Collegiate-Style Hybrid School whose mission is to partner with parents to provide students a Christ-centered education through rigorous academics, an active school culture, and the cultivation of spiritual growth producing a life of faith in and obedience to Jesus. The School operates in accordance with its bylaws and decision making is governed by school policies. The day to day operations of the school are managed by the Administrator. The Board of Trustees is self-perpetuating and comprised of volunteers that are tasked with policy development and oversight including:
Establish and evaluate the vision and mission of the School
Establish the policies for operating the School
Approve an annual operating budget and determine tuition and fees
Hire and review the performance of the Administrator
Approve contractual and financial obligations
