Welcome to Mrs. Carlton's Classroom Page!
Hello, my name is Leah Carlton, and I am so excited to be your child’s 1st-grade teacher this year!
I have been teaching since 2009 when I graduated from East Texas Baptist University (Go Tigers!). Most of my time has been spent in lower elementary to utilize my early childhood literacy specialization.
I have been at Waxahachie Prep since 2016 and have really enjoyed the time afforded for me to give back to my family while maintaining my passion for teaching.
